Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Abdulmohsin Al Omran is the founder, non-executive President, and a voting member of the investment committee of Petiole Asset Management AG. Abdulmohsin is also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Family Office Co. BSC (C). Abdulmohsin holds an MBA from City University in London and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management and Finance from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals.

Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Adel Al Mangour joined The Family Office in January 2013. Adel holds the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer responsible mainly for the control functions, including risk management, corporate governance and internal control. Adel holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Portland State University and Bachelor of Science degrees in general business and accounting.

Chief Investment Officer, Petiole Asset Management AG / Investment Committee member
Naji Nehme joined The Family Office in November 2007. Naji holds the role of Chief Investment Officer of Petiole Asset Management AG and is a voting member of the investment committee. Naji holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Concordia University, a Master of Science degree in Financial Engineering from École des Hautes Études Commerciales and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter. Naji speaks three languages: English, French and Arabic.

Abdullah Bukhari is the Chief Executive Officer of The Family Office International Investment Company (“TFOIIC”). Abdullah joined The Family Office Company BSC (c) in 2010 as a Relationship Manager. Abdullah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Saudi Arabia.

Yusuf Shabeeb joined The Family Office in September 2016. Yusuf holds the role of Chief Operating Officer, spearheading the transformation of the operational platform of the firm and oversees the fund administration, finance, and clients service functions. Yusuf holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Business Law from University of Otago, New Zealand, and a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Professional Risk Manager (PRM) and a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (MCSI).

Samer Shehadeh, Chief Commercial Officer, joined The Family Office in March 2007. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management with a concentration in Finance from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia.

Hameed Dashthagir joined The Family Office in March 2011. Hameed holds the role of Head of IT. Hameed holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from Sikkim Manipal University in India and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Andre Nussbaumer joined The Family Office in November 2018. Andre holds the role of Group Head of Compliance. Andre holds a Bachelors, Masters, and Specialized Post Graduation degree in Law from Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg.
